Islam mein market ke andar kisi bhi qism ka dhoka dena, product ki asal quality chhupana, naqli (fake) maal bechna, ya kisi bhi tarah buyer ko mislead karna haram hai. Business karna ijazat hai, fraud karna nahi.

Nabi (SAW) khud Madina ke bazaar mein chal kar jaanch (inspection) kiya karte thay ke log theek tol rahay hain ya nahi. Yeh insani history ka pehla formal 'Market Regulation' tha. Kisi ka haq maarna sab se sangeen zulm bataya gaya.
Aaj ki duniya mein insider trading, false advertising, expiry dates badalna, ya predatory pricing (chhoti companies ko torne ke liye temporarily cheezein free baantna) — yeh sab is strict Islamic rule ki khilaf-warzi hai. Agar markets wakai ethical hon, toh small businesses aur monopolies ke darmiyan asal muqabla (competition) ho.
Sochiye: Agar seller aapko product ke har aib (defect) ke baare mein sach bata de, toh kya aap us brand par zindagi bhar trust nahi karenge?
